Things to Note
Please keep in mind that shipping quotes on the website at checkout are just that: quotes. It is important to note that the actual shipping cost may be more or less expensive once the bike has been boxed and weighed. We try to keep prices on the website as accurate as possible but as stated on our shipping page: some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.
Being that we ship the bikes with insurance, this can also change the shipping quote. As the value of the bike increases, the more it is to insure. We like to ensure the bike for its value in case of loss or damage during shipping. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
All bikes and frames will require signature upon delivery. Please have someone present to sign. If there is no one to sign for the package at drop off, the package will be rerouted to the nearest UPS Customer Care Center. UPS Customer Care centers are privately owned and will likely charge a holding fee. If this is a concern, please reach out to us after purchase.
