WHAT IS “EARN RETURNS”

EARN RETURNS is a rewards program that lets customers earn reward cards when they make purchases of $250 or more at ANOTHER BIKE SHOP retail stores or online. The value of the reward cards is determined by pre-tax purchase spend.  Labor is not included is total.


HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY RETURNS

The promotion applies to all qualifying purchases made between 04/01/25 and 04/30/25. There is a limit of one rewards card per transaction. No discount will be applied at the time of sale. Online customers will receive an E-Rewards Card via email on 5/2/25, valid for use at anotherbikeshop.com. For in-store transactions and pickup orders, physical cards will be issued at the time of purchase.


HOW DO I USE MY RETURNS

E-Reward cards can be redeemed like gift cards at anotherbikeshop.com for future purchases made between 05/01/25 and 06/30/25. Physical cards can be used both in-store and online. To redeem your rewards card online, enter the 13-digit number in the "discount code or gift card" field during checkout. The total amount from the rewards card will automatically be deducted from your order's subtotal. The total value of the rewards will be applied if the order subtotal exceeds the card's value. All remaining balances must be used by 6/30/2025. Rewards Cards have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. But treat them like cash as they cannot be replaced.

Rewards card values earned through this promotion must be used by 6/30/2025. Any unused balance after this date will be void and no longer usable. Please note that the rewards card offer is not retroactive. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced under any circumstances. Additionally, rewards cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Terms & Conditions


  • The promotion is valid on all qualifying purchases made between 04/05/25 and 04/30/25 at ANOTHER BIKE SHOP LOCATIONS and online at anotherbikeshop.com.

  • The value of the Rewards Card is dependent on the qualifying purchase threshold (see chart above).

  • Minimum purchase thresholds to earn Get Carded Rewards do not include: (a) amounts spent on purchases of gift cards; (b) purchases made outside the eligible earning period; (c) any applicable costs of packaging, shipping, assembly, or taxes; (d) any labor fees. Minimum purchase amounts required to earn EARN RETURNS REWARDS are based on the final merchandise cost after applying any applicable discounts to the original purchase price.

  • Only valid on Full-Priced Bikes, not valid on sale bikes. Sale merchandise is valid for EARN RETURNS REWARDS (Excluding sale bikes & sale wheelsets).

  • No discount is applied at the time of sale. Limit of one rewards card per transaction.

  • Rewards Cards WILL BE EMAILED ON 05/02/25 for qualifying online purchases and are valid only at anotherbikeshop.com.

  • E-Rewards Cards will be sent to the email address given at the time of sale.

  • Physical Reward Cards will be provided for all qualifying, in-store purchases and pick-ups.

  • Rewards Cards are valid on purchases made between 05/01/25 and 06/30/25.

  • Physical and digital Rewards Cards expire on 06/30/25. Any unused balance after 06/30/25 is no longer valid and will be voided.

  • EARN RETURNS offer is not retroactive; the Rewards Cards balance cannot be applied to previous purchases, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

  • ANOTHER BIKE SHOP is not responsible for lost or stolen Rewards Cards. Lost or stolen cards WILL NOT be replaced.

  • Returns for items purchased with a Rewards Card are exchange-only; refunds and credits are not permitted. If another refundable payment method (such as cash or credit card) was also used, only that portion of the payment is eligible for a refund.

  • ANOTHER BIKE SHOP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend this Promotion at any time without notice.
